Content missing or corrupted in Articulate Review

Hello everyone,

I am seeking assistance with an issue I'm having with publishing a PowerPoint-based course to Articulate 360. The course that I was tasked with updating was from an earlier version of PowerPoint/Presenter/Engage/Quizmaker and I updated it to Articulate 360. When I preview the course through PowerPoint, all of the interactions look correct. But when I publish it out and anyone tries to view it through the Review link here https://360.articulate.com/review/content/9802f81b-ddc8-4d50-88e1-ee9239816a6e/review   The interaction slides are showing up either with no content appearing at all, with text overlaying content and images from different layers, or other strange appearances. Screenshots are attached as well. Any guidance anyone can provide as to how to fix this issue without completely rebuilding this course starting with a new PowerPoint file would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Jennifer Cerreta

Hi there Jennifer! Thanks for including your review link. I tested it in Chrome, and the Engage slides looked correct on my end. 

I see you also opened a support case--smart idea! My colleague Karla recently reached out to you to request your project files. If you could also include screenshots of the incorrect Engage slides, that would be helpful, too!
