When I try to open , import, or create (new) a quiz or engagement from the Articulate tab in PPt I get the following error message; "You need Articulate Engage (or Quizmaker) to complete this action. Please install it to continue."
I can click on my shortcut link on the desktop and open and run both. Please advise!
I'm sorry to hear about the odd behavior - did you recently conduct an update of Studio '13? I'd suggest going through the repair steps here and ensuring that Presenter, Engage and Quizmaker are all installed within the same place on your system.
Thanks for your kind assistance. However - we (IT tech and I as I do not have admin rights) went through the entire list of steps for Windows 7 and the problem remains. He is going to to check on some EMET settings tomorrow - kind of trial and error; but if you (or anyone else) can think or know of some alternative ideas to correct this problem. My co-worker is experiencing the same issue on his machine as well.
If you've already gone through those steps it may be best to continue troubleshooting this with our Support engineers so that they can take a better look at the behavior on your own system.
