I am an Articulate newbie, and I am busily creating quite a large glossary in Excel for my course, and would love to know if it's possible to import it into an Engage glossary without having to copy and paste each term? There are over 100 terms....yours hopefully
Hi there Caroline, and welcome to Heroes! Currently Engage doesn't support the ability to import your terms/definitions, so copying/pasting is really your quickest bet. If you'd like to see Excel import added to a future release, feature requests are welcome.
I do sympathize - how many terms do you have in your glossary?! I've got nearly 300....and about to add more....! It's a great feature tho - people love it!
Oh don't get me wrong, I think the glossary is absolutely wonderful, you just enter the term and it alphabetizes it automatically I have about 250 entered and another 150 to go.... I just keep going :)

Thank you! I've requested the feature, and will get on with my copying and pasting! Not a problem, but always worth asking!
Just wondering if this has been implemented in Studio '09?
Not as far as I know - I haven't been informed, and I did request it as a new feature....
Hi Caroline - thanks for replying I will keep my subscription to this conversation, just in case :) Back to my excel spreadsheets :)
