Custom Color Scheme

Apr 15, 2019

I have created a custom color scheme in Engage 360 that I would also like to use in Quizmaker 360. Is it possible to import my custom color scheme from Engage into Quizmaker or do I just have to create it in Quizmaker as well?

Thanks, Crystal! I'm good with the export function. After tinkering the other day, I realized that when adjusting a color scheme, there is no way to save the adjusted color scheme as a new one. Is that correct? The challenge is that once I have a color scheme I like, I may just want to make a minor change and not lose the existing scheme. I also don't want to have to create an all new scheme for a minor adjustment. Are there any plans for a Save As type of function as it pertains to color schemes?

Sure thing, John. Your custom theme colors for both Quizmaker 360 and Engage 360 should be available when you open a new project file.

Creating new custom themes that vary slightly from existing custom themes can be done by making sure the existing them is applied, and then choosing to create a new theme and following these directions for Quizmaker 360 and these for Engage 360. When you open the "new theme," you should see the current theme's colors, allowing you to make minor adjustments.

Let me know if you're seeing something different! If you can share a Peek screencast, that's always helpful, too.
