Embedding Engage in Wimba Create

I've been trying to embed an Engage artifact into a Wimba Create(WC) package.

I've added the Engage file through Media - SWF in WC and added all the Engage outputs to the generated WC zipped files.

However, when I extract the WC zip and click on the Engage link, it doesn't play the flash file but just displays the animated flash circle.

Any thoughts why the SWF is not linking to the other Engage files?
