I am converting old 5.2 versions to 09, and in the interaction properties I have selected Allow the user to leave the interaction: After viewing all the steps. When i publish I do not always get completion even though all the steps were completed. I get a message that I have to view all slides, and the user can't move forward. Anyone know what I can do to resolve this?
Thanks for sharing your files. I seem to be having issues with my VM (where Studio '09 is for me), but will get back with you. Just wanted to provide an update in the meantime.
Okay, finally got working. I'm not seeing this same behavior. I am getting a completion status when I tested your content in SCORM Cloud and did not see any navigation restrictions.
Can you give me some additional instruction so that I can try to re-create your scenario.
Leslie - this happens to me if I do not go in sequence or go back and view the tabs again. I ran the 09 Update 10; however, I not not see my js files updating - I thought they should with the update. I am publishing to Saba LMS.

Yes, I republished and this is what I get when I test it.
Hi Joanne! As I mentioned before, I'm not seeing the same behavior. Are you inserting this interaction into Presenter? How are you publishing the material?
Okay Joanne! Would you be able to share your Articulate Package here. I'd like to take a look at everything you are working with to see if I can replicate the behavior and/or see what may be going on.
Hi Joanne and Leslie! I am experiencing the same issue. I had originally selected Allow the user to leave the interaction: After viewing all the steps. After completing all steps I get the message that I can only view slide I've already viewed. This is happening with two intrs in the course. In desperation, I set it to Allow the user to leave anytime and to have the Next Slide button show always and still I cannot advance. I have never had this issue before...
Hi Lynne! You could share it here via paperclip icon, or if it's private or too large, you are welcome to share it here. If you would like it to come directly to me, just include ::leslie:: in the first part of the description.

Hi Joanne and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Would you be able to share the .intr file here for me to have a look at?
Hi Leslie. I did upload two of the interactions. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to see those attached as well. Let me know if I need to email them.
Thanks - Joanne
Leslie - here is another one

Are you publishing to an LMS?

Hi Joanne! So you updated to the latest version, did you republish the content and re-test?

Leslie - I am not able to upload 80mb. Do you have another dropbox that would work?
Hi Joanne!
If the file is too big to share in the forums, please upload that package here.
Thanks for submitting the project file Joanne. I received your case (00403684).

Hi Lynne and welcome to E-Learning Heroes!
Your issue sounds a bit different than the one that Joanne was having.

I have packaged the project. How do I share it with you?

Hi Lynne!
I received your case (00405195).
In looking at this, it seems that your Player Template (she is utilizing Studio '09 btw) is not updated with the current information.
