Recently, I working on engage 13 with label graphics. I designed the label background color from the color section. For example, I changed to grey in the background color. After published, the label background color has changed when I review the published file. Even I keep doing to fix that, still have that problem. However, it looks fine when I preview the file before publishing.
Is it any setting I do a mistake or anything I can do? Thank you.
That is odd that the label color would change after publishing the file. May I ask where the file is uploaded? Also, does this appear to happen for other Engage 13 files or just this specific one?
