Engage '13 Previous Next buttons
Feb 26, 2019
Hello,
I'm doing an e-learning module with Articulate Studio'13, and I would like to remove the previous/ next buttons in the Engage interactions, so the learner uses the navigation buttons within the interaction.
The problem when I do that is that there isn't any Exit or next button that appears at the last step of the interaction. That forces the learner to use the menu to continue.
Is there a way to make appear a next or exit button just at the last step of an interaction?
What happens if I add the Exit button in the player? Will the person exit the entire presentation?
I've been stuck with this navigation issue for a while and I'm not finding the solution (I'd also rather avoid the "slide in presentation" option in the Properties if the person clicks next).
Thank you!
Alexandra

Hi Alexandra!
Check out the Playback Mode options in Engage '13. Would the Linear option work for you? This option forces learners to navigate through the interaction in the order you've designed, using the previous and next buttons on the player.
Let me know if that's what you had in mind!
