Hi all - I have noticed a problem with zoom pictures in Engage interactions loaded into the player TAB and viewed using Safari or Chrome on iPad. The zoomed picture appears in a window behind the Engage display and so cannot be seen. It does work properly when viewed on a system that runs Flash; the zoomed picture appears in front of the Engage window.
Sure Leslie - it is a solid fault on the LMS I'm using - and happens with all interactions. I have attached a small packaged test presentation that has the issue. I published in SCORM 1.2 and viewed this on iPad using HTML5. Click on the Process tab - and then try zooming the image.
Thanks for sharing Philip! I am able to re-create what you are describing. It seems to be an issue related to HTML5 alone as it works great in Flash and in our Articulate Mobile Player.
I am going to get this reported to our QA Team to look into, but I have no suggested workaround at this time.
I took a look and this issue is still in the hands of our QA Team. I will share that we've had another user impacted and that will add this thread for any update when applicable as well.
If I new it was so easy, I would not have stressed like I did. Thank you so much Phillip Moon for this test interaction. It became clear in 2 seconds flat.
This is great to get such excellent help from your TEAM!!! You are awesome.

Hi Philip!
Would you be able to share your .intr file for me to have a look at?
