By default the accompanying label text appears in an all-white popup bubble. I am using a predominantly white background and so would like to add a black outline to the popups, but I can't figure out how to do this. Is this possible?
I'm not sure what you mean by pop-up, but if you mean the background of the text in the accordion interaction, then you can do that via: Colors > Create New Theme Colors > Content
