I keep making edits to an engage file (media tour), hitting "save and return to presenter" however the changes don't seem to be pushed out to the end presenter. When I open the engage element, the changes that I have made are there, but when I return to presenter, they are not, and it says "Last Modified" back in March.
When creating, editing, and publishing Articulate Presenter '13 courses, be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive). Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption, an inability to save changes, and loss of resources.
I'm not sure if you have moved files around, but be sure that if you move files or share with someone else that you are following this process.
Would you be able to share that same package so that we can have a look?
Do you happen to have any other presentations with the same file name of the engage? For example if you saved the file as "Examples" and another course had the same file name of "Examples" sometimes they can get mixed up. Also what our team has had to do is save as an articulate package every time we open up and work on a project.
Leslie - I am working on my local hard drive. I also have not moved files or shared them with anyone else.
Kevin - Thanks for the suggestion, but it does not have the same name as any other engage that I'm working with. What does it mean to save as an articulate package?
Unfortunately the content of my training is proprietary and I cannot share it on a post. Leslie, is there a way to share a screen with just one person from Articulate?
Hi Kevin and Leslie - I have just deleted the engage and re-inserted it once more, and this time it seems to have taken to it. Thanks for your help. It seems to have resolved itself.

Hi Tobin!
Are you re-publishing your course?
Check out this information on understanding how those interactions are stored in your presentation.
Yes, I have tried previewing as well as re-publishing.

Kevin - I just found the information on how to save as a package, never mind!

That was going to be my next suggestion! Glad everything worked out for you!
