engage does not display image in new window

Hi, 

I'm encountering issues with getting an image to appear in a new window in engage tab interaction.

I didn't get any errors, as described in other posts (like here for example: http://www.articulate.com/support/kb_article.php?product=ap9&id=ov6v7de5hy89) I also tried to follow the steps described there with updating the .JS  file, but it didn't seem to work - when I click the magnifier glass displayed on the image, still nothing seems to happen.
