Engage Error

I have been working with Studio 13 for a while and today I started getting and error I haven't seen before. When I try to create or edit an interaction I get the Quizzes and Interactions dialog as usual, but when I try to open an existing interation or create a new one, I get "Error: Unable to create an instance of Articulate Engage."
I have repaired the installation and still get the same results. I'm on a time-sensitive project for a client using a laptop that doesn't have Internet access, if that matters.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Jim!
A repair would have been my first solution as well, and since this did not work, please insure that all of your add-ins are working properly as shown here.
If that does not assist, I would have to recommend an uninstall/reinstall and you would need internet access for that.
Please be sure that you are working locally as well and not on a network/usb drive.
