Engage FAQ Interaction - Initial State Jul 31, 2019 By Jason Hampton Hello everyone, Is there a way to set the first question as collapsed when publishing? When published, the first question displays as fully expanded and I would like all questions to be collapsed as the initial state. I have searched the app settings and this portal, but could not locate a solution. Thanks, Jason

Can you share a bit more information about what version of Engage you are using and where you are experiencing this behavior? I published an FAQ interaction using Engage 360 and I'm not seeing the first question expanded automatically. I'd be happy to take another look with the setup you are using though.
