The Engage files I have created are no longer working in Firefox. The files were tested in Firefox previously and worked. I am working with Engage '13, Update 5 1412.920 and Firefox 35.0.1. It has been tested with Java v.7 and v.8. Older Engage files from Engage '09 are working in Firefox. Why is this happening and is there a resolution for it?
I see that it has been published and linked as an html interaction. This does appear to work in my Firefox. However, I am looking to use the html5 interaction, which is still not functioning in Firefox. Any chance you could try an html5 interaction? Thanks!
The problem is that it needs to be viewed across a variety of devices and the interaction.html file did not allow it to viewed on certain devices. We have therefore been using the html5 interaction files. The html5 interaction files worked well in Firefox up until very recently.
I can share it with our team, but the fact that we advise utilizing the interaction.html file and that we know there are limited capabilities in HTML5 in Firefox, I am not sure.

Hi Krista!
Would you be able to share your .intr file for us to take a look?
I've attached the .intr file with revised/altered text.
Hi Krista!
I apologize for the delay, I had to update my Firefox :)
I do not have any issue publishing and accessing your course in Firefox.

Please be sure that your Flash Player is up-to-date as well.

Hi Krista!
We advise utilizing the interaction.html file to view published content in the published environment.
You can see in our comparison chart here that the HTML5 support for Firefox is limited.

Perhaps it was the latest update that came out a couple of weeks ago then.
Yes, this is likely the issue. Will articulate investigate their html5 player further for play in Firefox?
