I got a complaint from a customer today that's viewing our content on a Mac. He can't get our Engage glossaries to load.The glossaries on on player tabs. Engage interactions that are in the course display just fine.
Hi - I saw those KB articles. They don't apply. Engage interactions within the presentation load just fine for both windows and mac. The player tabbed Engage glossaries do not load on the user's Mac (running Safari 5.1.9).
Thanks Steve for the additional information. I don't use a Mac, so I haven't seen this behavior before. Can you share it with our Support team so that they can test it further?

I don't know of any specific problems with Engage glossaries on a Mac, but wanted to share some kb articles to have you review for this user.
Engage interactions not loading
Engage interactions won't load with server side compression (specifically Firefox running Flash 11.4)
If that doesn't help, for viewing Studio '09 content on a Mac, we support Safari 3 and later, Firefox 1.x and later, and Google Chrome. Do you know which browser this user was accessing it through?
If you aren't able to pin down what's happening, would you mind using these directions to create an Articulate package of your course, and then upload the zip file via a support case so that we can take a look?
