engage glossary published as Word-corrupted dictionary to Spanish

I published a Glossary Interaction to Word that has 183 entries.  The entries have numerous hyperlinks to other entries in the same interaction.  When I open the document in Word, many of the hyperlinked words are flagged as misspelled words.  When I right-click on the word to show other suggestions, the suggested words are in Spanish.  I am using Word 2010 and my dictionary is set to default to US English.  This issue is only occuring in the Word file that Engage published.  My dictionary is fine when I open other Word files.

Any suggestions or help?
