Need help i am using engage to build training material i am hyperlinking words so that they take you to a location where i have a captivate file stored so people can see a demo BUT when the hyperlink takes you to the folder there is no captivate processes there. (The files are there as they are there when i navigate without using the hyperlink)
Are you hyperlinking to a html page? If you are it is likely you are testing locally, try publishing to CD and running the exe file that should enable you to test locally, ideally you should test the course in its intended environment
Sorry, dont use sharepoint so may not be much use here, do you want them to link to the files and run them from there? have you tried using the test link button in engage to see if that works?

Its a sharepoint site both file and engage outputs are stored on the same site.
