Sorry for the trouble. There is a known issue when publishing an interaction to Word and the Word Document is missing images in the final steps of the interaction. To workaround this issue, you could take a screenshot of the steps that are missing the images and insert them in the Word document. If you'd like to send us your .INTR file to see if there's anything else we can do, feel free to do so. Thanks!
Curious to know if the suggested workaround of deleting the Introduction step and republishing your project to Word made the inserted images appear in the screenshots. Thanks for your patience
