you should have a placeholder in the slide, if no then I would click the engage button on the ribbon, and look at the list of engage interactions if it is there click on it choose remove and then reinsert it
james thanks for posting the screen shot, you have added it as a player tab and not into the ppt, on the left hand side choose engage interactions (you will need to remove it from the tabs first

No luck. I will try and cretae a new engagement
I tried a new engagment and same thing happened. I go into engagement and click add existing
and it says it already exists. There is no place holder in the PP. I save and return to presenter. I don't recall having to publish it ? Do I
