Engage interaction hangs when

Hi folks, I'm using a Labeled Graphic with zoomable images within the popup messages. I've noticed that if I click an image to expand it (within the note text, so NOT in a separate window, and while it is expanded), then use the Menu to navigate to another screen in the course, that more often than not the course hangs (the course becomes 100% unresponsive to user inputs of all kinds).
Browser is IE 11, our standard. Just installed the Studio update number 7, republished and have the same results.
Is this behavior expected, or is something wrong (and therefore fixable) with my setup? Thoughts? Does the size of the zoomable image have any affect?

Hi, Alan -- Sorry to hear you are having difficulties! Would it be possible to take a look at your file so I can see if I am able to experience the same behavior? In the meantime, you may want to take a look at this information on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior and please be sure that you are testing your published output in the intended environment.
Hi Alan! I'm not familiar with an issue like this. Would you be able to share your .intr file so that we could take a peek?
I'm having the same problem with the accordion interaction; when I expand an image on the last screen of the interaction, then hit Next to go to the next page (not in the interaction), it hangs. If I click to reduce the image back to size before hitting Next, it's OK. Not a good user situation.
