I have an Engage Interaction embeded in my Storyline. Now when I preview the the Interaction in Storyline, it works fine. But when I click on "Browser" or when I publish it, the visual part of the first step starts but without its audio. To hear the audio part, I have to go forward and back again. When I preview the interaction in Engage, the first step does't start automatically at all.
Now I either need my audio to start together with the first step or the interaction to not start automatically at all. I can't find any corresponding settings. Any Ideas?
