Engage interaction inserted as Tab won't appear

Hi I have created a short engage interaction using the labelled graphic and when I go to insert it into presenter as a Tab I can select it and add it in the normal way, Go to player and select it and reorder the list in which they appear and when published it doesn't appear! Any ideas?  Similarly another tab appears 3 times!

Sorry to hear about the trouble - hopefully we can find out what's keeping your Engage tab from displaying.

First, please try to share the following information:

  • Which version of Studio are you currently using to create your project, '09 or '13?
  • How are you viewing your published project? Please try to make sure you're not viewing the published output files locally.
  • If you're viewing your project after publishing and uploading to a web server or LMS, please try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't help, please try viewing your project in another web browser. Also, please let us know which browsers you've used.
  • If you still have trouble, please create a Presenter Package and attach it to this thread. If the file's too large, please let me know.
