I am trying to create engage interactions and when I do, and save them and return to presenter, nothing is there. The gray band does not appear at the bottom, nothing. Any idea what might be going on?
I just tried to insert a quizmaker quiz and it does the same thing. After I hit save and return to presenter, nothing is there.
It sounds like your communicator may be disabled. Do you know how to re-enable items, like the Presenter Ribbon in PPT. You may find that the communicator is listed as disabled under PPT Options. Take a look here: http://www.articulate.com/support/presenter09/kb/?p=1060
