I am trying to 'reset' a Process engage interaction outside of an LMS. Currently after the learner reviews each step...when they return to the interaction it opens to the last step... Which it should, but was wondering if you can force it to start over w/o the LMS or having them clear their cache?
If you select the option "Never Resume" for the Resume Behavior in Player Properties, the course will start from the beginning when users close out and access it again. Take a peek at this tutorial for how to accomplish this.
