Engage interaction slides to look just like ppt slide...???

Hi,

Is there a way to simply add interactivity to a ppt using Engage, w/o it actually looking like your 'entering an engage interaction'?

In other words:

I would like to add a labeled graphic....BUT don't want the user to have to click "Next" and have my ppt layout change.

I've seen something like this in other WBT courses.

Is that confusing to understand? Long day, sorry... :(
