Engage Interaction - White Screen

Good morning,
I just received a call from a learner who is only getting a white screen when he comes to the first Engage interaction of the e-learning course he is trying to take.
I've tested the course on my computer (after clearing my cache) in Firefox, Chrome and IE - no problems, the interaction loads without issue.
No other users have reported the same problem. He says that he does have Flash installed on his computer.
I'm stumped as to how to troubleshoot the issue. Any suggestions?

Hi Michelle,
To correct the problem, he will need to reset his Regional and Language Settings. Here's how:

He said that he tried this (he's in Montreal, I'm in Minnesota, which is making things tricky) and didn't have any luck.
Could it be anything else?
The problem has been resolved - your solution was exactly what was needed, he just needed to restart the course after it.
