Engage Interaction with embedded text displays a blank screen

Hi, I've built an Engage Interaction (the interaction type is "Process") where I've inserted SOP text that a learner must scroll thru and read. The text comes from a MS Word file, which I copy and paste into the Interaction window. The text can be rather long, up 7 pages or more (about 2000 words; 14,000 characters, or more). The Engage Interaction is then inserted into an Articulate Presenter PowerPoint file and published as an LMS SCORM 1.2 file.

The issue I have observed is that sometimes the text in the Engage interaction displays correctly, and somtimes I just get a blank screen (attached). I haven't really been able to find the source of the issue. I have simplified the formatting in the Word file itself, removing any special characters, inserted Word Tables, unusual fonts, etc. but I am still seeing the same issue. The strange part is that sometimes it displays fine. Anyone experienced this issue with Engage as well, and have any possible solutions?

I have attached a zip file with the source Articulate PPT file, a sample LMS SCORM file that has displayed this issue and some screen shots which show what the issue looks like in the SCORM.  Any help would be appreciate.  Thanks in advance,
