1) I'm searching for a way to turn off the auto-start feature for audio in the introduction segment in the Labeled Graphic in Engage. My understanding is that I can either not use the introduction segment or, if it applies to Engage, there might be a plug-in available for purchase which has this functionality? Is my understanding correct?
2) Is there a way to reduce the output viewing size of the interaction when exporting for the web? I'm working on an animal disease disaster project where we could illustrate many potential risks using Engage Interactions, but the output file viewing size is so large that it limits our placement options on the webpage.

And there's currently no supported method for resizing a standalone Engage interaction. You may want to submit a feature request directly to our product development team here.
In the meantime, however, you can embed your Engage interaction into a Presenter presentation (even if it's the only slide in the presentation), and since published presentations can be resized, your embedded interaction will resize as well. This video screencast demonstrates the method.
Another option is to modify the engage.html file in your published output as demonstrated in this video screencast. Please note that this option is not officially supported by Articulate.
