Engage Link Highlight Colors

Aug 03, 2015

I have been trying to change the color scheme for a project in Engage. Nothing seems to change it. I have white text, and when I hover over the text, the highlight is also white, and the text disappears. Please advise me on how to change this highlight color.

Please see image 1 and 2 below to see what I'm  talking about.
Thank you.

Hi, Michael, and thank you for providing the screenshots to illustrate the behavior you are seeing. There are a few general troubleshooting steps we can run through to rule out the causes of some odd behavior. Can you please confirm that you are working locally, and also see this information on Unexpected or Erratic Behavior in Articulate Studio '13, as well as How to Repair Articulate Studio '13.

If issues persist, you are welcome to share your file here and we will gladly take a closer look for you.

Hi Christie. Thank you for responding.
I am working locally, and I am not experiencing any erratic behavior. I'm just a little confused about which option changes the color of the highlight on that text, when you hover on it with the mouse pointer.
Another detail that I just realized I forgot to mention, the text is a hyperlink. I have tried editing the template colors as shown in the attachments on this comment.

Thanks, but that description is for Storyline 2. Although I do love that software, I am required to use Engage for this project. I am using the Media Tour interaction, and the hyperlinks I am using are located in the text box at the bottom of the development window. I believe this would be the "Caption" area.
