Engage Media Tour Presentation Slide Not Playing Over Network

I have a Engage '09 Media Tour Interaction which consists of 14 separate mp4 videos imported into the 14 tabs arranged in the order I want.  This is one slide in a larger PPT/Web Based Training.  When publishing from the Articulate tab in PPT, and selecting either "For Web" or "LMS" the interaction plays fine from the published folder. But when playing over the network from a shared drive or the LMS server that specific slide does not play just kind of hangs with a gray spinning circle where the video should be.  Looking into the published folder all the videos are there in .mp4 format.  The videos range from 15 seconds to 2 minutes with a total of about 10 minutes.  Any thoughts on why they would not play over a network connection?  I have read about limitations of Flash and the length of a video but since the 14 videos are separate it doesn't seem to apply.  Thanks for any help..
