I have a completed Articulate Studio presentation done in PPT, with each page linking to an engage interaction. When I click on the engage link on the slide in PPT, engage will not open. I have tried this presentation on several different computer with no success. The loading engage window comes up, but then engage never opens the existing interaction.
Hi Chad! Sounds like something did not happen during publishing? Did you follow the tutorials aboutadding andpublishing your engage interactions? Perhaps one or both of those will help you. If you did this, and need further troubleshooting, then this article might be the way to go!
Thanks for your response - It turns out that a Microsoft Office update had broken Engage links and functionality from PPT. Deleting a key from the windows registry resolved the issue.

Okay, glad it's working for you and thanks for sharing that Chad!
I may be having a similar issue. Can you shed some light as to which Office update or registry key you had to modify? Thanks.
Likewise...can you share the Office update KB numbers that you removed?
