Engage not working in Mozilla Firefox

Hi,

We have courses on our LMS created using Presenter 5.4 and Engage v 1.3.

Flash 11.5

We just noticed that Engage slides in the slide deck are not loading in Firefox; only get a blank screen with the loader. The slides are working fine in chrome and IE, and were working fine earlier.

Can you please verify and share a resolution?

PS: I am checking in Firefox 18.

Hi Ruchi,

Was the presentation showing properly at any time in Firefox? If so, have you tried clearing the browser cache?

I have Firefox 18 on my system as well, are you able to share a link to the presentation so I can take a look?

Hi Christine,

Its not working for our entire Course Catalog; was working fine earlier.

another point I noticed is that its happening only for the tab engage, I have some FAQ emgage files- they are opening fine.

Is there a place I can upload a sample course to?
