Engage/Presenter screen size

I'm really disappointed, and I'm hoping someone will tell me I'm wrong. Is there truly no way to change the screen ratio in Engage 360? 

I started with a PPT, and made the resolution 16:9. Later I added an engage interaction, only to realize that you can't play that through ppt, it has to use Presenter 360, which doesn't have nearly the flexibility. But, I'd already made the interaction, and I liked it, so I adjusted my transitions and animation timings to work better with Presenter and previewed. However, I couldn't see large portions of my slides! I did a little looking and found that you can't adjust the screen in Presenter, which I wasn't happy about, but ultimately decided to change my ppt slides to 4:3. Then I discovered that's not even the resolution... I'm not sure what it is, but it looks pretty close to a square.

Please tell me that this is my limited understanding and not a limitation of the the applications!
