Engage - Publish to Word - images disappear

I published an Engage file to Word and discovered that images were missing. Found a reference on the Articulate website that an update was available to the 09 studio, so I went through the process of updating. Republished one of several Engage files to Word and the issue waas corrected; however, on the next file, the issue of missing images still occured. Please help...confused.

Thank you Brian. No that is not the article I found. I actually had trouble finding any direct match to my various search attempts, but at the top of of of the website pages, I noticed an update for last month...so I followed through.
I have zipped my entire intr file that won't publish all the images, but your link above where you indicate to upload my file doesn't open...

I have uploaded the file. I remember now the other reason that I started trying to find help on the webpage...before I discovered the missing image problem, I couldn't publish to Word at all. Kept getting an error message that Engage stopped working...I just attempted to attach a photo of that error message to this post.
