Hi Alyssa,

I was working from my hard drive. I also have Studio 13. I finally got it to work when I closed all other open applications, restarted my laptop and launched Articulate Engage and selected "Publish to Word". I had several interactions that I was trying to publish for reviewing purposes. I had to close Engage and Word each time I attempted to publish a new interaction.
