I am working with a retail client with thin bandwidth issues in the stores. The course runs smoothly except the engage slides are delayed so if the learner clicks on something nothing happens immediately. It seems like a long time before the interaction plays.
The course works fine within the corporate bandwidth.
Does anyone have a resolution to this type of situation?
