Engage starts automatically - Don't want this

I have a Labeled Graphic Engage in my course.  When I get to the item in the published course, both the audio for the slide and the audio for one of the rollovers start at the same time.  I don't wnat the Engage to start until the user clicks on something.  What is wrong here?
