When I publish my (very long) presenter course, the engage timeline interaction causes the presentation to get caught up (won't advance to next slide). This doesn't happen with the other engage interactions in my course. I've tried setting the presenter option to both automatic advance and user advance but neither works. Any ideas?
Hi Guy! I'm stumped as well. I've opened a case on your behalf for a support engineer to take a deeper look. I'm certainly seeing the same issue that you are reporting and even reducing the file size is not correcting the issue.
Hey Guy! I popped in to check on your case this morning and see that Renato reached out for some additional information. I did share where the issue is occurring along with a screenshot on your behalf as well :) I'll keep following along.
I wasn't clear that you needed more info from me. I am waiting for a reply
to the ticket. Can you give me an update on what I need to provide? I'm
eager to get this solved. In the mean time, I'm breaking it down into more
manageable modules. I'll let you know if I'm having the same issue with
the module that contains those slides.
You are correct. Looks like Renato asked for some information that I missed, so I responded on your behalf. Did you get an e-mail from support@articulate.com? I think we're good for now and support should be taking another look after I let them know the slide focus :) Sorry for the confusion.

Hi Guy!
Sorry to hear that you've run into an issue with this.
What do your settings look like on your slide:
It seems to be working for me in the attached file.
Let me know what I'm missing :)
The interaction works but within the entire course it hangs up. Here's a
link to the published course.

Hi Guy! What are the slide settings for this interaction?
Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?
Here is the package. I appreciate the help. I've tried everything I can
to fix it.

Thanks Guy! Working on publishing this monster. I'll pop back in when I can :)
Thanks Leslie. I know it's huge, which might be part of the problem.

Thanks. So you've forwarded the file to them? I got a ticket notice. Do
you need me to send it?
Guy
Yes, I included the file :)
Thanks Leslie.
