Flash videos too wide

Apologies if this has been covered before!

I'm quite new to Engage and I'm creating demonstrations of my company's software for a client.

The videos can't be embedded/opened in the normal engage window since that causes a loss of detail.

I've got them opening and playing in a new window when clicked but it seems to be cutting off the right hand side and hence some of the demo!  Is there a way to ensure that, when they open in a new window, the entire video is shown?  Or do I just need to rescale the videos?
