Flow Buttons b/w PowerPoint and Engage

Sep 14, 2012

Hi, I am desparately seeking help...something happened when I decided to add Engage slides to an existing presentation.  We have restricted the user from moving forward in the presentation.  A flow box appears that I had to customize to say (collegues have indicated that this text is usually automatic) Back Only - You may only view slides that have already viewed."  However, when viewing the full presentation the Engage slides do not populate with the same text...it is a blank white screen with just 'OK'.  I have tried customizing every option out there but with no luck.  Any ideas!!!

Sorry for the trouble, Susan. If you've ensured that you're publishing with the newly edited template before publishing (Presenter will automatically revert to the most recently published template, rather than the one you're actually editing), and still not seeing a change, would you mind sharing your project files so we can take a closer look at what might be going on? Please create an Articulate Presenter package, then upload the zip file to our server. You can review how to do this here:

Thanks for the assistance!  However, the problem was not resolved with any of these solutions.  It was the simple error of having the system populate the Publish --- Player Template field with the saved file and the statement "(In Project)" behind it that was messing everything up.  Ugh - that took hours to figure out!  I really appreciate that quick response from you though, Thanks Peter!!
