Format magnifying glass in Engage (and Storyline)

In Engage 13 you can use the magnifying glass icon to enlarge images in the interactions and my client has asked if we could make it more prominent and/or change the placement. I believe the answer is no, I've looked through the forums and it seems unlikely, but to truly exhaust options I thought I'd post a question.

Is there any way to change the color or size of the icon in published files? If not, is there a workaround that anyone can suggest?
