I'm trying to edit an Engage file set up with the "Glossary" interaction. The letters across the top are not centered within the grey box and it's bugging me. Anyone know why these are off center or how to center them?
Thanks for including that screenshot. Is it possible that you’re working from somewhere other than your local C: drive? Working from a network drive or a USB drive can cause a few different problems, and you can read more about that here.
Also, are you seeing this in Engage Preview mode, Presenter Preview mode, or after publishing? If this is a published project, where is the file hosted--an LMS or web server?
I wanted to come back and share an update here. Yesterday I tested an Engage '13 file, but now I am seeing this in Engage 360, in both Flash and HTML5.
The letters in the glossary definitely shouldn't be off-center, so I'm going to share this with my team, and together we'll figure out next steps. As soon as I have more information to share, I'll pass it along to you! You'll be notified since you're now subscribed to this thread.
Thanks again for making us aware of this issue, and I'm sorry if it's causing you headaches!
Thanks for looking into this! Strange, right? We don't use this program very much, as most of our courses have been converted to SL. It seems to be a consistent thing for just this type of "Glossary" preset. Let me know if you find anything out.
