Glossary playback stops too soon
May 16, 2013
Hello. I have an Articulate presentation that includes a slide with a glossary page. There's also a narration. The narration is only 25 seconds long, but the slide playback has over 2 minutes. However, the playback stops after the narration is finished. The "pause" button only changes to a "play" button if the user clicks on the last item in the glossary. We already have the narration set, and it says to click "play" to continue. We don't want to go back to the narrator just to have her say "click next slide to continue," and the user shouldn't have to click on the last item to see a play button. We have it set so the user can move on at any time. How do we get the playback to go until the "play" button appears? Is there a way to shorten the playback time to 25 seconds on this slide? (Shortening the time in the audio editor didn't do it.)

Hey Heather!
Mind if we take a look at the files to see what's going on? First, create an Articulate Presenter Package of your presentation as described here. Then upload the resulting zip file from your computer on the second page of this form, and we''ll attempt to diagnose what's happening when we receive your upload.
Thanks!
Thanks! I've done so. A "security error" appeared after I submitted, but then it transitioned to a page saying my request had been submitted. If you have any trouble receiving the package, please let me know.
Thanks, Heather
We got the ticket, but it doesn't look like the package came through. You can try again using this link instead, and just be sure to mention case #00334057 in the appropriate line.
Thanks again!
