Guided Image Error

'm using Articulate Engage '09. One image won't display when I try to add it to an arrow.
I keep getting this message:
"A new window Displayed in zoom media would appear in browser-based output.
This functionality is not available in preview."
Then when I do a publish and view the same interaction I get:
"Cannot Find.
make sure the path or internet address is correct."
Is there a size limit on images in this type of interaction? That's the only thing I can think of that might be holdingup the display.
this image is 420 x 411 jpg image processed in SnagIt.

There is a limit on the size of images, and for Guided Image:
This interaction is slightly different from the others in that it automatically resizes the image and you can alter the amount of space the image takes. The maximum amount is 85%. With the standard setting at 75%, the ideal image size (to avoid resizing or scaling) is 434 px width x 295 px height. With the increased setting of 85%, your image may be 490 px width x 335 px height.
