I have some courses I am building in the Xyleme LCMS. I'd like to insert some Storyline, Engage or Quizmaker segments into the course in order to increase interactivity. Given the way in which Articulate packages their course segments into subdirectories, I'm not having any luck getting this to run. It gives me the spinning Articulate loading icon, but nothing loads. Does anyone out there have experience using Xyleme and Articulate courses together?
I personally haven't used Xyleme before and I don't believe I've seen it mentioned on the forums in the past. First, you may want to try testing the content in a different browser. For example, if you're using Internet Explorer, try using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to view the content.
If you don't see any difference when using a different browser, would you mind testing your course in SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate related or if it's on your LMS's side? If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. Please be sure to include a Presenter Package (if the courses you mentioned are being included in a Presenter course) on the second page of the form. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
I worked it out with the Xyleme folks. It had to do with the files that were being included when the html object was packaged. Thanks for the response.
I, too, am trying to run Storyline and Presenter LMS output files in Xyleme. No luck, so far.
Could you please let me know what files you are referring to when you say, "It had to do with the files that were being included when the html object was packaged."
It's been quite a bit since Barbara posted this and it's possible she's no longer subscribed to this thread. It may help to send her a private message, or start a new thread with the LMS in the title. Hopefully this will help with some additional exposure and maybe some community members that have used Xyleme can help out.

Good morning Barbara. I hope you had a great weekend!
I'm happy to hear that you were able to get everything worked out with the people over at Xyleme. Thanks for the update! :)
Have a great day,
