Please help. How can I resolve the following issue? When I attempt to open an engage interaction by clicking 'Edit in Engage' a message 'unable to access interaction (name).intr. Please locate the interaction.' appears. When I locate the interaction it still doesn't open from the PowerPoint file.
You'll want to be sure that you're working off your local hard drive (your C: drive). Using Articulate products on a network drive or a USB (external) drive can cause erratic behavior. Hopefully that will solve the problem...

Hi Tracy,
Just a couple questions that might help resolve your issue:
Are you working off a shared drive, usb drive, or network drive?
Are you renaming the ppt file outside of ppt?
And what kind of system are you running - PC or MAC?

I am working off an external hard drive.
I am not renaming the ppt file
I have a pc.
When I plug the drive into my other computer and locate the interaction file it works.
