If you're comfortable opening the .xml and making small changes, this will work:
Publish your Engage Media Tour interaction.
Go to the published files and open the data.xml file (found in the engage_content folder).
Locate "align" within the step you are trying to correct and change the code from align='center' to align='left'.
Save and play your interaction directly. (do not republish).
If you are publishing to Articulate Presenter then you'll need to publish everything in Presenter and edit the file right at the end before distributing your content.

I don't think that's possible in that interaction.
