Hello. I would like to change the by default colors (black background, screens are white and fonts black) that are used with the Flashcards. But I see that the option (Interaction properties > Colors and effects) "color scheme" is "not supported for this interaction".
Would you have an idea of what I should do ?

If you have Quizmaker, it might give you some other ideas for incorporating a flashcard-style theme. This might give you the flexibility you need with regard to colors, as the background color and player colors within Quizmaker can be changed to match whatever colors you're working with in your course. The thread referenced above includes a tutorial & source files to get you started, if you decide to go that route.
