Off the bat, I can think of using an Engage interaction to do this. simply create a photo table layout and then make it interactive using Engage where one can click on each image and content pops up. That kind of thing.
Based on the link for that course I'd say it was created in Studio - the presentation.html portion is the part I'm referring too. Did you find this somewhere specific? Perhaps if it was something shared by one of our community members or a staff person you could respond there to see where/how they created it. I suspect it's an Engage interaction - but I don't see one that looks just like that.

Oh. I see this was made using Storyline. We use Studio '13 here. is there some way to emulate this technique with Studio '13? Please advise....
